On the 14th of January, a new Luminor Customer Service Centre in Mārupe opened its doors. It will be located in the Business Garden business complex (at Malduguņu Street 2). Face-to-face service is available by appointment only.
The newly opened Luminor Bank customer service centre’s premises, which are adapted and easily accessible for people with reduced mobility, are located in a modern and recently opened business complex.
“Although most of the bank’s services are currently available in the digital environment, they are still a service of primary necessity, so we are pleased to open a new service centre in Mārupe for the convenience of our customers. It will improve the opportunities to receive advice closer to home for both customers from this municipality and visitors from Pārdaugava, Jūrmala, and Kurzeme. At the same time, during the emergency situation, we encourage our customers to use the bank’s services remotely as much as possible and to visit us in person in cases where the service is otherwise unavailable, for example, if they need to renew their internet banking or in other emergency situations,”
says Kristīne Dērica, Head of Customer Service at Luminor.
Customers of Luminor have access to remote video consultations, phone consultations, as well as the possibility to contact customer advisors in writing via email, social networks, and internet banking. Now, not only individuals but also businesses can open a current account remotely from anywhere in the world.
In the newly opened Luminor Customer Service Centre in Mārupe, there are self-service areas and an ATM with deposit and withdrawal function, which is adapted for people with reduced mobility using a wheelchair.
Opening hours of the Mārupe Customer Service Centre: on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00. Face-to-face consultations are available by appointment only, by calling +371 67171880.
